Short Story and Essay

I've posted a short story titled "The Christmas Wish" and an essay titled "Wrinkles in My Mind."  Anyone wishing to see them and leave a comment will be VERY welcome.

Hooray - I'm a writer now

I haven't finished anything yet, but have several stories in progress.  One is a novel called "Back in Time" and after playing with the same couple of pages about every 20 years or so, I finally found a couple of writers' groups and now have 225 pages.  I feel so proud of myself.  And with the two groups I find the enthusiasm level stays high so that I keep writing.
