Tapping (EFT) - I've signed up as an affiliate

I've found a new technique to help myself. It's called 'Tapping'. One of the sites calls it Emotional Freedom Tapping or EFT. That's Gary Craig's site - http://www.emofree.com - which I've found very helpful. He has a free e-book to get you started. Then there's another site I just found tonight called Try It on Everything. I feel so strongly about it that I've  signed up as an affiliate and put a link to the site on the blog. Hope you get as much out of the process as I am. She has a free e-book also, and that's what I'm working from right now.

Found a Really Good Sockknitter's Workshop

It's at a site called Aesthetic Entanglementz and the URL is http://aestheticentanglementz.blogspot.com/2008/07/mash-up-magic-toe-up-socks-workshop.html. The socks are called the Mash-Up magic Toe-Up Socks, and use an eye of partridge heel. I'm going to try to put a link in on the side of the page so you don't have to hunt for this post to find it again. It's a long time since I've done this, and the whole process is different now, so wish me luck 8^)
